GOLDSTEEL TERMS & DELIVERY

FOR GOODS (ONE OF):

SIGNED PROOF OF DELIVERY BEARING THE CARDHOLDER SIGNATURE, A COPY OF THE INVOICE DETAILING THE CARDHOLDER’S NAME AND DELIVERY ADDRESS, FULL DETAILS OF THE GOODS ORDERED BY THE CARDHOLDER, ANY EVIDENCE OF COLLECTION BY CARDHOLDER, SIGNED DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE THAT THE GOODS WERE COLLECTED BY THE CARDHOLDER, A COPY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HOW THESE WERE CONVEYED TO THE CARDHOLDER {WITH INVOICE}.

FOR SERVICES (ONE OF):

FULL DETAILS OF THE SERVICES ORDERED BY THE CARDHOLDER, A COPY OF THE INVOICE DETAILING THE CARDHOLDER’S NAME AND ADDRESS, DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE THAT THE SERVICES WERE RECEIVED AND UTILISED, A COPY OF YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND HOW THESE CONVEYED TO THE CARDHOLDER {WITH INVOICE}, ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 12 WEEKS TO ARRIVE DUE TO BESPOKE SERVICES.

CANCELLATION OF GOODS OR SERVICES:

BESPOKE ORDERS MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 48HOURS OF PLACING THEM A 14DAY GRACE PERIOD WILL NOT BE ASSUMED AS ALL BESPOKE ORDERS ARE PUT INTO PRODUCTION AFTER 72HRS.
ORDERS NOT COLLECTED AFTER 90DAYS OF INITIAL ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEMURRAGE CHARGES WILL APPLY {labour vat and duty will be deducted and a further 50% of value of goods for transactional loss}.

ID REQURIEMENTS

ID WILL BE REQUIRED AND USED ONLY FOR TRANSACTIONAL PURPOSES AND WILL NOT BE FORWARDED TO ANY THIRD PARTY. PHOTOGRAPHIC ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL CARD AND CASH(BANK) TRANSACTIONS ABOVE THE VALUE OF ÂŁ1000. NAME AND ADDRESS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS AND PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR TRANSACTIONS ABOVE ÂŁ1000. ALL ÂŁ IS QUANTIFIED IN POUND STERLING GBP.

How will my item be delivered?

Once your item is ready, we will send it via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, fully insured and free of charge. For security reasons, there will be no indication of what the parcel contains. If you ordered your jewellery for a surprise proposal or gift, rest assured the item will be delivered discreetly at your convenience. Your jewellery will be carefully wrapped and placed in luxurious packaging.

Can I receive my item any sooner?

If you need your item urgently, our jewellery specialists can, in certain cases, speed up the production process. Please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request if possible. Please note, there is an extra fee of ÂŁ 100 included to expedite classic solitaire designs, and ÂŁ 150 for diamond-set jewellery (such halos, vintage or trilogy designs).
What about VAT and import duties?

You will be charged your local VAT rate of (20%) directly at checkout. No import duties apply here. Customers from the Channel Islands are eligible for-tax free shopping when purchasing from GOLDSOUK.

Can I have my item sent to another address?

Yes, we can deliver your item to an alternate address. For security reasons, we will need some additional identification and proof of address if the payment was made by a debit or credit card.
Please note that items paid online through PayPal, Amazon Pay, or through V12 and Klarna finance need to be sent to your billing address for security reasons.

Can I collect my item from a showroom?

Orders can be collected from our London showroom
Please note that collection will not be possible for items paid through PayPal.

Can I resize my ring?

Of course! Getting the most comfortable fit can be difficult, especially when you are planning a surprise proposal. For this reason, we offer a complimentary ring resize within 30 days when you receive your item. Certain items such as full set eternity rings cannot be resized and will therefore need to be exchanged.
