- Garlic-1 tbsp (grated)
- Buckwheat Flour-5 tbsp
- Arabic-2 tbsp (boiled)
- Celery-½ tbsp
- Green Chili-1 tbsp
- Salt according to taste
- Ghee-2 tbsp
- Green Coriander-2 tbsp finely chopped
- Peanut Kernel-2 tbsp (grated)
- Curd-2 tbsp
Recipe
- Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, add cumin, green chili, ginger.
- Now add peanuts and fry it.
- Now add mashed potatoes to it, add salt and fry till it becomes light brown.
- Now add green coriander to it and turn off the gas.
To make Dosa –
- Put the buckwheat flour in a vessel, add curd and mix it and keep it for half an hour.
- Mash the arbi in the dosa mix, now add salt, carom seeds, red chili, green chili, and mix it well.
